Refund policy

ActionWise UK products are digital products supplied electronically. No physical product will be sent.

Where you choose to receive or access digital content immediately, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that, once supply has begun, you will lose your statutory right to cancel where the law provides for this.

Because our products are digital, we do not accept returns of downloaded or accessed digital content simply because you have changed your mind, subject always to your statutory rights.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive the wrong file, or believe the digital content is faulty or not as described, please contact ActionWise UK. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
